1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the taya05 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming in the Philippines as governed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. taya05 strictly enforces this age restriction. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the taya05 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Account limit: You may hold only one active taya05 account at any time. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

2. Account Registration

3.3 Currency

All taya05 account balances, stakes, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. taya05 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations where players deposit via international payment methods.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

taya05 offers bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional benefits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which are published with each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all taya05 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, IP address, device, and payment method.

5. Gaming Rules

All games offered on the taya05 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

taya05 uses certified random number generators (RNG) and, for live casino games, employs third-party live studio providers who operate under their own regulatory licenses. 9. Limitation of Liability

taya05's total aggregate liability to any player, arising from or related to the use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

taya05 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if taya05 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or for any other legitimate business reason.

Upon termination for cause, taya05 may withhold and forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon voluntary account closure in good standing, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting taya05 support via live chat. Accounts under investigation or with pending transactions may not be immediately closeable.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
